Saffron Kitchen came to us with a blank Instagram account and big ambitions. We built their entire short-form video strategy from the ground up — scripting, filming direction, editing and posting cadence — turning a zero-follower page into one of the most-watched food accounts in their city within a single month.

Saffron Kitchen wanted reels that felt native to the platform — not polished ads, but authentic, craveable content that would stop thumbs mid-scroll. The ask was simple: build an audience fast, and make every frame look as good as the food tastes. They had zero existing content, zero followers, and a two-week content sprint budget.

Eight reels. Eight different hooks. All engineered to perform.

We developed a full content strategy across three content pillars: behind-the-scenes kitchen footage, hero dish reveals, and chef-led storytelling. Each reel opened with a custom hook designed for the first 0.3 seconds — the critical window where the algorithm decides whether to amplify or bury. We handled scripting, directed the on-site shoot, then handled all editing, captioning, audio mixing and post scheduling in-house.
